Our offices adhere to strict OSHA guidelines and guidelines set forth by the Virginia Department of Radiological Health.

Our offices comply with the Federal HIPAA Privacy Guidelines.  Copies are available to all patients.

Our Hampton office has a self-maintained operating room for the convenience of our patients when procedures can be performed under local anesthesia. This concept allows us to maintain your costs in today's managed-care insurance environment.

Dr. Beresh and Dr. Bushmaker maintain hospital surgical privileges for procedures that cannot be performed in our office.

Insurance

Our offices accept insurance assignment benefits of most major insurance companies including, but not limited to:  Blue Cross Blue Shield, HealthKeepers, HealthKeepers Plus, Medicare, Tricare for Life, Sentara/Optima products including Optima Family Care, Cigna, MAMSI, United Health Care, Aetna, and Mail Handlers
 

We will be happy to file your primary insurance as a courtesy to you, but you must remember that it is your responsibility to obtain all referrals, if needed, from your primary care physician.
 

It is also your responsibility to settle any copayments, deductibles, or items not covered by your insurance at the time of your office visit.
